Reiki Session: 60 minutes
in-person or distance
A 60 minute session, includes a deep relaxation hands on/off experience of Reiki energy. I will include crystals on/off the body that will aid the intention of the recipient and the Reiki flow.
Healing Balancing Attunement
In this roughly 40 minute session you will receive the power of Reiki directed to a specific healing or intention you are working to align with. This is a seated session that can be received in person or distance.

Reiki~Records™ Consult
Reiki~Records™ is a method in which a Reiki Practitioner can access the level of consciousness where the Akashic Records resides through focused intention along with the energy of Reiki. A session uplifts personal vibration, relaxes the physical body and offers guidance based on specific questions.
Akashic Record/Reiki Combo
In this 90 minute session you will receive an Akashic Records consult followed by a relaxing Reiki session to integrate the messages received by your Masters, Teachers and Loved Ones guarding your records.
Private or Semi-Private Yoga
I will come to your home or other space you provide to teach your selected style of yoga (Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Hatha, Yoga/Pilates blend, Yin or Yoga Nidra) - classes will be 75 mins to 90 mins.
